Customers

It is against the laws of Hong Kong to sell alcohol to a minor (under the age of 18).  

By placing an order under with us, customers confirm that they are 18 years old or above or being a legal entity capable to place the order.

Upon the delivery of our alcoholic products, a person aged 18 or above must be present to take delivery of the alcoholic products.  The person taking delivery of the alcoholic products must be readied to present his or her identification upon delivery if so requested.  If no person aged 18 or above is present, pickup of products shall be withdrawn or be rearranged at our discretion.  

Order

An order is confirmed by customers on its despatch, at which point customers will be charged for their order unless the situation in 3.2 arises.

We shall not be liable to any person if we decline or become unable to fulfill an order for whatever reason, including but not limited to supply shortage or supply modification.

Payment

Payment for our Products ordered can be made by cash, by credit cards (visa or master card) or cashier orders issued by a Hong Kong licensed bank.

Customers’ offer to purchase made on our Website shall be subjected to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock.  

We do not provide goods delivery service. All Products have to be collected by the customer at our business address at _____________________.

Each transaction with us will be completed upon our receiving of payment and the collection of Products by the customer. We do not take any responsibility thereafter (please see clause 5 below).

We reserve our rights to alter the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

Collection of our Products

We shall use reasonable endeavours to prepare our Products for collection but we shall not be liable for any delays for causes beyond our control.

All risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon receipt.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of any Products  received at the time of receipt.  Customers are requested to examine the Products immediately upon pickup/delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages.  

Refund Policy

Refund is unavailable once Products have been received by customer.

Descriptions

Colours and appearances of Products on computer, tablet or mobile device screens may vary slightly and may not accurately reflect actual products delivered.

Images of Products on this Website may not correspond exactly to Product description and are for reference only.  The Customer shall not be entitled to return a Product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to its on-line image.

We shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

We shall assume no obligation or liability for any advice or information provide with Products displayed on our Website and shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information.
