ISKI's story started with a father's enthused passion in collecting only the best. Benjamin Choi's interests in art, wine and whisky has led to his pursuit and fascination of the Japanese distilleries. Their unique backgrounds behind the flavours and external packaging reveal stories that are unique to their own. Having discovered the rich history of each distillery, Benjamin has extended his collection into other geographic origins, growing this fine selection of Japanese and Scottish Whisky.
Our mission at ISKI is to provide world-class Japanese and Scottish Whisky that hosts incredible stories within the malty goodness. We hope to promote a sense of appreciation for rare and valuable collectibles produced from closed distilleries. Through Benjamin’s hopes to share his collection, we aim to spread the recognition these luxurious liquids deserve.
